Thank you for you’re assistanceShortly, (a week), following my complaint, I received a check for my entire amount, the check was sketchy, obviously from a check folder, different signatures, and inksTook it to my credit union, they recommended I take it to the issuing institution,
did that, they graciously cashed my check, and I thank you for your assistanceYou are good people!

I am rejecting this response because:Good morning, I am in receipt of your two emails regarding my complaint. I am sorry I didn't respond but I was a little concerned that if I indicated their remedy was acceptable before I received the refund it would mess things up. I didn't want to agree to something before it actually happened. That being said, I have not gotten the refund they indicated I would be receiving. So while their remedy might have been acceptable, the follow through isn't. Please let me know what else I should do.  Thank you.  [redacted]

The company sent me another harassing invoice that indicated I still owed $39.97 after this company refunded a check to me. I never received a letter of apology stating that my first payment was returned torn and matted with the route number on the bottom ripped away.
I also didn't receive a response indicating with their assurance that my name was not hacked or if there was any identity thief from the 
the torn check. Please investigate further what is going on with this company of Woman's Day magazine which I don't wish to subscribe to
