Just wanted to actually brag on this company in 2015 they transferred my Marriott which I couldn't afford the maintenance fees on and then this year my mother passed which left me and my wife Deannie with her hilton time share which we are not traveling now a days so I called to see how much it would cost us to get out of and to our surprise they actually offered us $1500 dollars for and they even paid the maintenance fees that were due I am very happy with the experience with them and would recommend them to anyone who is in need of getting out of their timeshare . On our first one we got out of I think it was right at 45 days for the transfer and the Hilton was right at 60 days so the transfer was very quickly . We had tried the listing companies but never worked out so all in all I give them two thumbs up
I signed up with Vacation Experts in November 2014 to sell my Sedona Arizona time share. They ripped me off for $2033 and each and every time I called them I received the run around .They would say we are waiting for paper work from Diamond Resorts. Today 4/8/2016 after checking with Diamond Resorts they have no record of Vacation Resorts ever submitting any request for a transfer of ownership. They were to assume the maintenance Fees as of January 1,2016 but they did not. I assumed they had and did not pay the fees. I received a letter form Diamond Resorts which said I owed $924.74 instead of $652..31. I had to pay a penalty of $272.43 because they did not abide by the terms of their contract.

My Diamond property was removed out of my name in oh I think 45 days .. now it did cost me 2,353.00 but my maintenance fees were 1300 a year and I cant use my timeshare anymore so I was wasting my money on them so I bit the bullet and payed VEI the money ( knowing if they didnt transfer the property I could get my money back ) well they transferred my time share quickly and I let my kids use there program so I would recommend them to anyone who is serious about getting out of their timeshare

I called Shawn on a Saturday, after willingly attempting to trouble shoot over the phone he had a technician come out. Mark showed up in less than a half hour. Mark was polite, considerate and knowledgeable. My AC/Heating unit was back in action in under an hour.
I am retired military, Shawn and Mark were also in the military, it really does make a difference knowing that things get done when they say they will get things done.
Owned timeshare; paid VEI to acquire it from me; payment included membership for their travel services. Never received any communications from them about title change or any information about their travel services and that was almost a year ago. Totally unresponsive.
