[redacted] was added to our Do Not Call List and order has been cancelled per customers request

I have never received a call or voicemail on [redacted] behave I did received email on 8/25/(Friday) and all account were cancelled and a full refund was mailed out this morning per email request

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I expect the refunds to be made ASAP as my mother is in failing health I have asked that checks be issued rather than crediting the credit card used for payment and was told they would see what they can do I am going to follow up with the company today (Wednesday March 30) to confirm that this is being taken care of So for now, I accept their response but will not be satisfied until the refunded charges have been receivedMy fear is that this company duped my mother so I am not 100% positive that she will receive the money that they promised to refund Regards, [redacted]

We have cancelled the order for $and set up a refund and also added [redacted] to our Do Not Call list.As far as the other charges in December and also May for over $eachOur company Global Readers Services has no such orders on fileNot sure if we are being confused with another agency but we do not have anything like that in our system for [redacted]

Customer Disputed charge with their MasterCard merchant , and was refunded on 12/5/Order was cancelled 12-5-

Mr*** called upset over a unauthorized charge & magazine order that his wife okayed , I immediately cancelled order and set up refund , Told Mr [redacted] that order is now cancelled and that he would received refund check by mail within to business days and that I also added him to our Do Not Call List, No further contact would be made by this company , so this wouldn't happen again
