Global Recovery Group is writing in response to complaint #[redacted].  After receipt of this complaint in our office, the consumer's account was reviewed in detail.  Our company protocol requires that an Initial Contact letter be sent to the consumer within 5 days of initial...

contact.  Ms. [redacted] was mailed a letter to the address on file, 3324 E Parc Green Street on August 14, 2014.Ms. [redacted] did not any have contact with our company until August 28, 2014 when she called in and stated "Oh, so you guys are a real company" and ended the call.  The consumer then called back a few minutes later and was provided information about her account upon request. Ms. [redacted] made the accusation that she was being sued for this account, and that the information was released to third parties.  Our company does not release any information about any consumers said personal information to any third party, nor do we threaten lawful action against a consumer.As a courtesy to the consumer, our company will close the account Ms. [redacted] has in our office, and all further communications will cease between our company and the consumer.

Global Recovery Solutions, Inc. is not collecting on a debt for this consumer. Global Recovery Solutions, Inc. has been closed since October 10, 2014.

Global Recovery Solutions, Inc. has been closed since October of 2014 and does not conduct any business. The calls the consumer is receiving is not from this company.
