Global Resort Transfer

Global Resort just completed the transfer of my Raintree property! I had tried through several other companies in the past two years with no luck and FINALLY I was able to get rid of this timeshare

I have bought two timeshares through them and communication is good It is a time consuming process and patience is a mustWe appreciate the work out closing officer [redacted] put forth and her communication was excellent

I purchased a time share at the Hard Rock Legendary Club in Punta Cana this March This included a Tratime share that I previously owned Global Resorts Transfer was to take the propertyThey collected their fee ($850) but they have failed to process the transfer They have been impossible to deal with They have had every document the needed to process the transfer since August They did not respond to my attempts to follow up until November They reached out to tell me that I needed to now pay the maintenance fee before they would take it (I had agreed to, and did, pay the fee) So they did nothing but ignore my efforts to follow up for three months - then tell me that it's too close to the next year and I need to pay again
I have since made multiple attempts to address this with themThey have not responded to or acknowledged my correspondence in any way
I am now trying to deal with Hard Rock directlymaybe they can get some response

Global Resort Transfer took care of transfering our timeshare to a new owner without any problems
