Global Service

Review: In the summer of 2011 Global Service claim that they were better than Direct buy and that they delived the product twice as fast as Direct Buy. Global Service also claim that you could not find a cheaper vaction package. They also claim that there was nothing that you could buy that Global Services would not be able to get for a better rate. Because I knew someone that shopped through Direct Buy and it really worked but it was like a top secret service I thought that it would be better. Global Service also offered a cruise with the package which I also had to pay for port fees which also sound good. The first problem was I mailed out my payments to the address given and they returned once I finally got a hold of the company I started making my payment. I asked about my cruise and I was told that in was in the mail. Second problem, Mr [redacted] would call my job or when I was at work to remain me that a payment will be coming up, not that it was due or late but coming up. I asked him to stop. Again I asked about the cruise and it was still in the mail. Third and last problem Mr. [redacted] called me and stated that my payment was due becasue I was at work I gave hime my card information for that payment when he returned he stated the amount that would be withdrawal and it was two payment I asked him why did he take two payments he replied that that was what he thought I said. I told him that was not what I said and that I have been a member for 8 months none of the furniture I wanted could ordered and I still haven't got my cruise I wanted to cancel my service he told me that I could not cancel that there is only a 30 days window to canceland that the full amount would still be due.Desired Settlement: I wanted a refund for the cruise but since I have already paid money for services not rendered I just want this off my credit and people to know that Global Service is not what they claim and I know the quality of service rendered by Mr [redacted] is so unprofessional that there most be others who have been through this. This company should pay for their service or sercice not rendered
