Hello,In regards to the complaint from 7/15/2015, our drivers are required to call the patients the night before and the day of to confirm the appointment and let them know when the driver would arrive for the pickup.There are situations where we are not aware of the ride until the day of, or if the ride happens on a regular basis (same times of the week every week) our drivers don't need to repeatedly call since they always pick up the rider at the same time.Thanks
