Hello this is Rachel [redacted] and I am the store manager at the Dairy Queen located at 6320 W. 38th street in Indianapolis, Indiana. We just received your letter in regards to the man named [redacted] who complained against our business. I was actually present the night in question and it did not happen...

the way he is stating. He did come through drive thru but we were not out of any blizzards except for Snickers because DQ has actually discontinued this particular item. He received his order and it was turned upside down as it was passed to him, he then left the property completely and then returned 30 minutes later to complain that his blizzard was runny. I told him that of course it would be runny after 30 mins sitting in 60 degree weather and that I would not replace it or refund it because our store policy is that unless we make a mistake on a product we do not issue refunds or product replacements. I explained to him that I was the one who made the blizzard and I know for a fact that it did not cross that window runny because I witnessed my cashier turn the blizzard upside down as she handed it to him. After a few exchanges between myself and the man, he started cussing and refusing to leave. This is after I told him that I would give him the store number and he could talk to the owners in the morning. He did not want to resolve it that way and preceded to dump the entire large blizzard on our front counter and refused to leave again. That is when my other manager called the police.
 I gave the police the owners name and the store number to give to the man but he did not even call that next morning. I have already spoken to the owners about this and they refuse to honor his complaint because of the way he acted and the fact we had to call the police to remove him.
