I began placing an online order on a Friday afternoon I completed all information and received a text message that my bank did not authorize payment (questiionable account?) I OKd it and they said I should ask the company to reprocess the request Due to the holiday weekend, the office was closed on Monday so we played phone and email tag several more times I don't know why completing this order was so difficult, but after a dozen attempts, I finally took it as a sign that this company was either disorganized or running a scam The moral of the story: caveat emptor--Let the buyer beware!

This company extorts money from customersShortly after you have paid for your products and shipping, they will send you an rmail asking for more money or threaten to cancel your orderI last dealt with them in where they got an rxtra $100USD from me I wrote to them to check if there eould be any extra costs this time and they wrote back saying there wouldn't beSo I paid for my order and paid them close to $200USD for deliveryThis morning they sent an email asking for another $250USDThey are extorting money from their customers

Globalshopex has associated itself with many business' offering to handle international deliveries. I placed an order on the 17th June & am still waiting for my order to be shipped! Contacted them numerous times. only to each time be told they are "happy to tell me my order is being processed"! They provide the business' no details for the customers, their [redacted] support is pitiful to none! The fees are also exorbitantly high for shipping! I paid $48 for shipping for an item that after 15 days is still "being processed!" For that I could have ordered delivery with UPS & gotten my items within 48hrs!!! Instead my sons birthday will be ruined as the items will not be delivered on time, & they give the companies they associate with a bad name! I will never order from an company associated with globalshopex ever again after this!
