I contacted Ms [redacted] regarding the issue after some investigation. Firstly, her lock was not on the unit, which led
me to believe that Ms [redacted] had indeed moved out. I researched the amount that Ms [redacted] had been charged
and Global Storage issued her a full refund of:...
$1695.00
Although Ms [redacted] did not have a receipt, I remember the incident being brought to my attention from [redacted],
the manager at the site. I advised Ms [redacted] as I will advise all customers, please get a receipt upon move out, and make
sure one is put in your file. Because of the confusion with the extra items it was not done this time which caused a problem
for both parties. We thank Ms [redacted] for her business and apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused her or
her father. We absolutely appreciated her cooperation in this matter!
