Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered] I may have sign at the beginning but still I clearly do no accept your term of contractI am a human being trying to make a living here in this so call world that is full of greed and moneyYour term of contract is full of fears of taking personal belongings from humans beings that cannot pay you money when they fall short on money or when things happen that are beyond their controlYou have no right to take personal belongings from peopleThey do not belong to you what so ever just so you gain profit off of themContract also instills fears, anxities, worries, and fears of losing all personal belongingsAs a business owner or as an employee...you should be able to help People outYou certainly are harrassing me with your daily phone calls and daily emails which I am perfectly well that I am behind on my billIt doesnt give you the right to upset people and put them in fear with your contractOn the behalf of people and others...I think it's time you renew your term of contractI did not anticipate that I would have my personal belongings in your storage this longI am trying my best to get caught up my bill buy your term of contract with outrage fees after fees charges are instilling fears on me.WE are all here in this lifetime to help heal each others emotionally and to help one another.Make a difference in people lives not rob them.Be humans when it comes owning a business to peopleNot rob them of their personal belongings and money for your personal gain

employee who has been corresponding back and forth with you over the past few weeks, and I am sorry that you feel as though you have been victimized through this processWe have several tenants in similar positions who I have been working with in my time with the companyHowever, I must dispute several of the assertions made in your complaint as they obfuscate the facts of this case The late fees, as well as the cut lock and certified mail fees, are detailed very clearly in the contract every tenant signs upon choosing to rent a unit with usThe fees page, in fact, requires an additional signature alongside the rest of the contract that signifies an understanding between Global Storage and the tenant in question that late fees, as well as fees associated with the lock cutting process, will be charged if payments are not receivedThese charges are not arbitrary, nor were they implemented without prior knowledgeI will include a copy of that page sans your signature, in compliance with the B*** Business Bureau's request that no personally identifiable information is included in this responseShould you like to review the original, signed copy of the lease feel free to visit during regular business hours I apologize if you've felt intimidated by the calls we've made regarding your balance, that was not the intent of those callsPrimarily, we call with the intent of informing tenants of upcoming fees and auction process events, such as cut locks, to give tenants a chance to prevent these future charges or, at the very least, give them noticeOur notes indicate that the majority of our calls to you go unanswered, which means we have no way of knowing whether or not you've received this informationIf we are able to contact a tenant and are made aware of a plan to make a full or partial payment of the bill, we will not call until the planned payment date has passed Finally, none of this is a part of some attempt to rob you of your money or your belongingsIt's all simply a part of carrying out the terms of our contract, as well as adhering to our own legal obligations associated with the auction processAs such, I cannot go through with your request for the removal of late charges on your account, but I am willing to speak with you directly in order to clear up any other questions you may have and help determine a path forward Sincerely, Davyd S*** Site Manager, Global Storage
