I am rejecting this response because: I kept detailed notes of the dates and times of previous calls to this business and can prove this with my Verizon cell phone call records. Calling me a liar helps nothing but does illuminate this business' practices with its customers.

We could not find any record of when you called our office previous to today. We keep a log of all service requests and all of the information is then sent to me to assign to a service tech. When you were on hold today, Allynn was researching to track and find out when you called and see who was...
handling your account. I guess you hung up before she was able to respond to you. So I'm not sure why we don't have you on our log, but we'd be happy to schedule for one of our service techs to come and inspect your roof. I apologize for any frustration this delay and confusion may have caused you. We are extremely busy, but we try and handle every call that comes in, especially on USAA referrals.
