When the big blue Microsoft screen flashed up on my computer saying I had been hacked and gave me a number to call, I was suspicious as anyone would beMy computer was useless and even my TV ROKU was deadI couldn't even contact the useless big name no-refund anti-virus provider that was auto-installed every year on my computer that should have prevented thisSo anyways I decided to take a chance and call the number hoping I wasn't going to get into a scamThe number took me to Global Tech Squad LLC and after a few minutes of questions and answers I was pretty sure these guys were on the up and upThe three people, Eric, Rick and Sam were all very professional and knowledgeableThey got my ROKU working in no time and they had the computer completely fixed and cleaned by the following dayThe anti-virus and Firewall they installed works great and at least I have a phone number and human to talk to if I ever have problems againThank you Global Tech Squad

Actually Once I was having blue screen problem with my pc even though an antivirus was installed in. I tried to contact with Antivirus company, called them many times but they just fired a lot of questions on me in revert. so finally my friend [redacted] refer me a number and asked me to call for support, I did same. Mr. [redacted] assisted me and fixed all issues of my PC. That was really a great experience that I could fix my PC and also got a chance to learn. Now I'm learned as much that if i'll get same kind problem further in future, I'll Fix them at my own. So I really appreciate Rick's work and the way he just interact was really nice. Personally I do recommend globaltech squad for system assistance and real time transparent solution.
I contacted Global Tech Squad Friday 13th re: a virus that came up on my computer. As I have never had anything like this I was very anxious so I called. I spoke to a Kelly Gray and she was just wonderful, explaining to me what she would do every step of the way. I was very hesitant at first as I was unsure if I was going to get scammed but with her speaking to me and reassuring me I began to relax. Through out our conversation which lasted a couple of hours, I became calmer and allowed her to do what was needed. This is where Rick came in and again he was just wonderful. He worked very hard all Friday and again on Monday, solving my problems. Both Kelly and Rick were just fantastic and kept in touch with me. I even got a direct line to Rick should I have any future problems, which I am so grateful for. I am 65 years old and not computer literate but have learned a lot more with my experience with both Kelly and Rick. Thank you so much!!!!!!!!
