advertisements from the advertiser to the site ownerIf a user clicks on an ad and follows through with the requirement of the Ad then PointClickTrack.com will track that transaction from the site owner to the advertiser and back againIn this case the end user signed up for one of the offers (advertisements) when they did not get credit they wrote up a support ticketWhen they were asked for verification they did not use the link provided to send the verification in on but instead used emailIf the process was followed correctly with the user through the site owner using the links provided for reporting and verification to support then this process would have been handled immediatelyDue to the confusion this process created, we at PointClickTrack.com are looking into better ways to streamline and make it clearer what needs to take place when going through supportAlthough PointClickTrack.com has not received any compensation/credit for this offer we are crediting/compensating the site owner for satisfying the completion of the offerIt would then be up to the site owner to credit this user in whatever fashion, rewards, points, etcthat was agreed upon between themWe have every confidence that this will take place
