Review: We had an [redacted] system and wanted to upgrade. [redacted] put us with their PLATINUM Business Partner, Global Telecom Supply. We were told we would have a 5 year service agreement and 5 Year Tech Support per our estimated dated 3/**/2012. Every time we have had a problem we have had to email a copy to whomever we are dealing with in order to get anything done because we are told we do not have a warranty or service agreement. Now, three years in, major problems have started with the equipment and we were told we had "No service agreement." [redacted] said we had no choice but to deal with GTS for our service and it has gotten us absolutely no where. They wanted us to buy a new card from them for $800 and change it out ourselves because they would actually have to FLY down from New York to Raleigh in order to repair our equipment. We found the part and ordered it online for $179 as we do not know if this is the only problem and putting $800 into a part that may not correct it is a little much. I contacted GTS when we received the card and was told, and I quote, "Please contact the company you purchased the card from for installation instructions. " This was directly from the GTS Service Manager.Desired Settlement: Repair our equipment that we pay for monthly.

Hi, First of all this complaint is not accurate at all. 1. I am not the initial sales person, I followed up with the client to see how eveyrthing is.2. The client wanted to purchase a repair part for the phone system, and said they found it online for cheaper. So they bought a part from an unathorized [redacted] vendor, and are calling us to service it for me.3. We will understanbly not service a part that is not bought from us, and additionally the unapproved part the client found online can ruin the rest of their equipment because it is not an authentic part. Review: I was contacted by GTS to upgrade our [redacted] phone equipment in the office in October, 2015. They asked for our phone company information (rates, internet, monthly billing) and after receiving all information came back to us with a quote. They informed me that they could knock off $82 from our monthly phone bill and that would cover about half of the rental charge of the new phone system ($157.08). After looking over the information given I confirmed that we would not be changing providers ([redacted]) and was told everything would stay the same, with the possibility of getting a better internet speed. I then agreed to move forward with the transaction. GTS installed all new phones in the office in November and everything was working great until I received our [redacted] bill and nothing had been changed. I contacted the salesman who had provided us the quote and was told he was no longer working at the company. I spoke with another person who had become involved in the transaction and explained what was wrong. On December **, 2014 I sent him an email with the official quote from his company for his review and was told he would work on it and get back to me. Three and half months later (april **, 2015) I contacted him again because he had never gotten back to me. He took all the information again as well as a copy of our [redacted] bill and I was again told he would get back to me. After not hearing from him I called the final time on May *, 2015. I explained I would like an answer to why the changes to our bill were never made and told him I would wait until Friday May *, 2015 and if I had not heard back from him by then I was going to make a formal complaint, which is what I am now doing having not heard from them.Desired Settlement: I would like GTS to either negotiate with [redacted] for the original price reduction or adjust our monthly rental fee of the phone equipment with [redacted] to meet the quoted price.

Our company switched to Global Telecom and has had a positive, professional experience with everyone that we have dealt with. Knowledgeable, friendly staff.

We have recommended them to other branches of our company.

Review: After a long and thorough RFP process, we chose Global Telecom Supply to provide us with [redacted] phone service in Feb of 2014. They are an authorized [redacted] partner. One of the reasons we went with them was because they told us we could get a $4,000 credit for our old phone system equipment, cash upon the install. GTS took the old equipment in March when they set up the system and we have not been given a credit, either in cash or as a credit against our monthly bill. I have tried repeatedly to contact [redacted], the [redacted], and he has ignored me. At one point he said he would put me in contact with some one in the finance department but he never did.Desired Settlement: We request that the promised $4,000 credit be applied to our bills going forward as obligated.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Global Telecom Supply regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

GTS contacted me as part of an unrelated check in 6 months after contract was signed. I related the problem and let them know I had filed a complaint with Revdex.com. The person who called, [redacted] at ###-###-####, [redacted], was going to look into the issue. I scanned over to him a copy of the contract I signed in January in which a $4,000 cash payout was specified at the time of the install. I have not heard back yet about any updates.

I have been on vacation and am only getting this email. now I hope I am within the five day window.
