charged her $400 for her program registration and $100 for textbooks, she had been notified that we do not ship manuals if the payments are less than $500. She was phoned by our advisors to choose shipping services as she requested a phone call on Friday, Sept. 15th but was unable to reach her. [redacted] later contacted the college by email the following evening (Saturday) as she was not available for the phone call due to work. Her textbooks were shipped via [redacted] Express services. She has been notified of our college policies, a refund is not an option with an online or correspondence course, as students have immediate access to all course material.
