On 12/19/2016, I entered your store to purchase hair color and a bleach product suitable for highlights
At the checkout counter, the product was rung incorrectly, and because the checkout girl was ill-informed about how to do a void ticket, I was told that the manager, (***), would fix things on the next work day when she was going to be in the store
After several phone calls, and a call to the company office number, the refund hasn't been issued!
