Review: This is the 2nd complaint which I file about this company. On May **, 2013, I first filed a complaint (#[redacted])about a refund in the amount of $15.99 for a returned book which was damaged by water. The company contacted me with a prepaid shipping label for the book which they received at the end of May. On May **, 2013, a company representative called me to assure me that I would receive a full refund for a damaged book credited to my [redacted] card. As of July **, 2013, I received no such refund. The company has not adhered to the agreed resolution of the claim #[redacted]. I am completely appalled by an unethical behavior of this company. The company [redacted] operates in complete violation of appropriate customer service and ethical business principles and standards which are a norm in the United States.Desired Settlement: I request that a refund in the amount of $15.99 me mailed to me in the form of a check.
