I received a call today from someone named "John" who told my
receptionist that he was returning a call I had made to him in order to be connected to me. Once on
the phone with me he
requested that I send the cleaners I received back
via regular mail. Any attempt I made to obtain an explanation as to why
we received these and to inform him that his company misrepresented
themselves was left unanswered. He informed me that I would be charged
for these cleaners even though I impressed upon him that we never
ordered them, and he said I should disregard the invoice that has been
sent to me. I agreed to send the cleaners back and that I would not pay
the invoice when it arrives. Looking at this person's handwritten
response to the complaint together with his phone call to me, lets me know this is
not a reputable company.

Consumer claimed they got the product much cheaper elsewhere and would like to return and not pay. as there was a misunderstanding We have told them to return the product by regular mail and that we have credited the invoice to zero. The issue is closed from our side.

to me. 
Just because my issue was resolved does not mean that the practice of how they do business is correct. The only thing that has changed is that I am not paying for the product that sent to me and billed under false pretenses.
This should be an illegal business practice.

Hi,The invoice has  been credited to zero. All accusations made are false to avoid payment. The business quoted will not be contacted as requested.

The electronic cleaners comes in sets of 15. The customer has used part of the product and wante to return other  some part of the product which is unaccepatable. We have reduced the total to $100 from $282.50. I expect them to pay $100 including shipping and handling. An interest of 1.5% in...

This is a case of misunderstanding. Anyways [redacted] can keep the product he ordered & we wont charge him. The invoice is credited to zero.
