Regarding Mr*** ***s case, we have successfully dissolved of one of his timeshare ownership's, which was *** VacationCurrently, his ownership with Crown Point Resort is pending to be finalized very shortly Mr*** received transfer documents and has confirmed with our company, all he was required to do was sign and send back those transfer documentsIn regards to the dispute of ownership/compensation, that is still being worked on, however the time frame or amounts, by law cannot be guaranteed but we will work on it until it is resolved

We spoke to Mr*** and explained we have relieved him of one ownership, and currently working to relieve him of the second ownershipRegarding the dispute of ownership, we explained to Mr*** the compensation/any type of monetary gain is never a guaranteed process, however there is always the
possibilityClient understands that it's 50/50, that was really the conversation in shortWe also mentioned at the end of the conversation, that we would specifically email him stating that we explained the process of the compensation, and that we would highlight as well, all the great work we have accomplished for him already

We provide self help services for our clients, who want to be relieved of their timeshare contract (ownership).  This process is done by utilizing our knowledge in the timeshare industry.  Mr. [redacted], we understand your concerns with this matter, and we weren't given the opportunity...

to fulfill our promises.  We began work on your case August 17th, 2016.  At the time, we proceeded to contact the resort knowing the programs available. Verbally requesting that your case be put up for review, so that we can contact them at a later time to start the process we know you qualify for. Unfortunately, before we recontacted the resort for a follow up, you did so yourself and assisted us with the direction we were moving in. At this time, we are willing to compromise and come to an agreement, which would be fair to both parties.  We are willing to refund the $1,700.00 back to you.

Global Transfer SoCal does not sell, market or advertise timeshares. Our company offers a service to assist people from dissolving their timeshare contract. The client signed up for our services in 2016 in which we were able to dissolve her timeshare contracts.

I am uncomfortable with their statement "we will be issuing the client a partial refund".  Since making the complaint to Revdex.com, they have communicated to me that they are making progress in completing one of the two tasks they contracted with me to do.  In a conversation today with [redacted], he stated he would communicate with me in writing by end of business 4/27 the compensation I could expect to receive for these two properties.  I have not received any information from [redacted].  I am ready and willing to sign  the Quick Claim deed Global Transfer had one of the timeshare companies send to me.  However, it will cost me an additional $1100 I am to pay to the timeshare company.  That is on top of of the $19k I have already paid to Global Transfer.  I still have no assurance that I will receive the compensation that Global Transfer said I would receive in emails or faxes I got from them in December 2016.  Global Transfer gave me specific amounts I would receive as a result of being relieved of these properties.  I am still in the position I was when I made this complaint - wondering have I been misled by them or are they not competent to do what the contracted to do.   My desired resolution is for me to have the compensation.
