My sincerest apologies for the error in not sending you the login details on time for the exam. We have over 100 students take that exam each time we do it, and occasionally some of the emails get scheduled incorrectly. That is our fault. Sometimes the emails we send with the...
exam instructions end up in the spam folder of the intended recipient, which I suspect may be the case here. If you are still interestein taking the exam, we would be happy to schedule that for you at no cost.
If you would prefer to not continue with the program, we are happy to refund your fees paid which amount to $455.50.
