Cabos Golf Resort of Phoenix Arizona and therefore has no claim against such company. The Los Cabos Golf Resort is a timeshare Resort located in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
[redacted] entered into an agreement with a sales company, [redacted], which facilitates sales and marketing for the Los Cabos Golf Resort, which is located in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. At the time of purchase, the buyer signed the enclosed document acknowledging that she had received in good standing all services and products of her Contract (see enclosed document).
I have forwarded notice to the appropriate parties in Los Cabos Mexico of [redacted]s complaint and I expect them to contact her to rectify this situation.

Review: I purchased a contract with this resort and the agreement was giving them two other timeshare ownerships and be out from these contracts. I was told I would receive the paperwork to transfer these two memberships via Fed Ex at my home address within 15 days. Along with that we paid a deposit to ensure this was all completed along with a fee for each timeshare to be transferred and none of this ever happened. I am paying them a monthly fee to GTS who is handling this contract out of Texas. I have called numerous times and they tell me this contract is in legal but nothing is being done and I can no longer get any response. They did not honor this agreement by completing the two other timeshares taking them on out of my name along with my brothers as part of our trade. I did not purchase this contract with the intent of still paying on the other timeshares.Desired Settlement: At this point this business needs to void this whole program refund the deposit amount of 6197.00, the amount paid to their associate company GTS for a set up of $849.00 plus tax, my already paid monthly of $262.94 times the months already paid.
