We understand and respect that you are no longer interested in our immigration serviceHowever, the complaint against Global USA Green Card through your bank and Visa was sent to us as a ChargebackUnfortunately, this causes the money to be removed from our account until the bank and Visa finish reviewing this caseTherefore once a Chargeback is received, a refund can not be processed
There is usually a 45-day waiting period from the time a Chargeback claim is made until the money is released to either the the customer or the "merchant" (Global USA Green Card)

There are some grave factual errors in the reply statement from Global USA GreenCard.
Firstly I never agreed in the phone call from their Customer Support to stay with their service. The Customer Support representative that called me asked if it was okay for him to close the case and say that the dispute was resolved. This I said No to and wanted him to call me the next day.
Secondly and equally, or more, grievous is their statement "We also see that you cancelled your services through your bank". This is NOT true. I have filed a complaint with my bank and it has been forwarded to Visa and is currently being processed there. Global USA GreenCard have not refunded the payment, and is currently in possession of my money.
I therefor ask that Global USA GreenCard immediately refund my money. With a refunding of my payment the case at Visa will be closed as the dispute will have been resolved.

esteemed immigration services and therefore agreed to the payment. With respect to the situation at hand, we see that you did not realize you were confirming and agreeing to the payment. 
On 3/29/2017, you had mentioned to a compliance representative about already speaking to your bank to dispute the transaction of $750 USD. Unfortunately, for risk management  reasons, the representative was required to explain that we could not process a refund if there was an open dispute with the Bank. It was also explained that if the dispute would be canceled before turning into a Chargeback then we would have been able to process the refund as per our protocols for risk management. We have since received the Chargeback and therefore are not able to process the refund.
