Every client Omega Express conducts business with is given a contract that must be signed (copy provided in zip file)Literally the first clause in the contract states our payment policy including the requirements for check payments, payments methods within the weeks from the trip date, and our
right to refuse non- guaranteed forms of exchange within that time periodUnfortunately, our experience over the past years of being in business has shown us that even schools, governments, and church groups occasionally attempt to get out of a final paymentThis is why we require payment in full before any trip can begin (also included in the above contract)Addressing the issue of early departureOn the day of the trip, the weather created many hazards for the driver and the busAware of the hazards and delays that the weather would cause, the driver arrived to his destination early FOR the convenience of the church group, ( as company policy we believe that early is on time and on time is late)Any remarks stated to by *** *** again refer back to our policy of not beginning any trip without full paymentOur dispatcher simply stated that unless payment would be made, the trip would be cancelled, something that is within our right to do so due to *** ***'s breach of contractAny inconvenienced on pickup were again due to hazardous conditionsIt is up to the client to designate a pilocation that is accessible to busses and are legal points for pick-upUnfortunately, the location chosen could not be accesses by our busses on the day of the trip due to extreme weather conditions and police blockingsFurther, we have extended what we believe to be an amicable response, offer any future trip at a discount ( the price given for the trip 12/**/trip had already been discounted)*** *** has chosen not to take the offerWe have held up all the pre-determined requirements set forth by the contract and by *** ***We hope that in the future *** *** reconsiders our offerAt that point we can go over our contract extensively with *** *** so that both parties can be fully aware of the expectations

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I have reviewed your response and my response is as follows.I have attached the invoice and signed credit card receipt.  Please observe the dates of the invoice along with date of payment.  The verbiage you speak of is contradictory to how my transaction was conducted.  If you would like to discus a breach of contract please advise page 1, make all checks payable to Omega Express Company on an invoice date 12/**/2016 and a deposit on 12/**/2016? Also attached is the check that was prepared and provided to the bus driver upon arrival. If what you say is the standard protocol for your company my reservation should have never been accepted with an unpaid balance and in no means was this clarified in an email nor over the phone.  Your company should have never accepted this trip never the less send a coach bus the day of departure.Omega Bus LTD. lacked in conducting themselves as a business and in no means did they provide a professional service.  I ask that the Revdex.com take further action in investigating the the behavior and conduct of this company where we forced to withdraw cash from an ATM.  My church congregation was treated in an inhumane manner in which I ask further investigation be conducted.  There is no merit or justification for 30 students and 8 adults to be treated in this manner.  I find your company's response a direct reflection of a company far from A+ rating.  Vlad did not even apologize for the matter and a week's suspension doesn't clarify to me how you've taken the corrective action to make this unbelieveable experience right.I find the response by OMEGA EXPRESS LTD unacceptable and contradictory to the documents provided.  I ask the New York State Consumer Affairs take further action.  I also ask Revdex.com to advise how I may take further action in this matter.  No one deserves foul and inhumane treatment, for a bus filled with church student and staff going to a christian church retreat I would have expected a bit more professionalism instead of treatment like cattle.Please advise the next steps.[redacted]
