Review: I purchased a Used Transmission from Global on June 24, 2014 that came with a Thirty day warranty/refund policy. After installing the transmission the transmission was not functioning and needed to be taken back out of the vehicle. I called Global to replace the item, however I was told that they did not have another Transmission at that time and they would pick up the part and issue a refund in the amount of $350.00. After the Transmission was picked up I never received a call or a refund. I have tried NUMEROUS times to contact the owner however I cannot get past the sales lady that answers the phone who simply continues to tell me that a check has been mailed out. I have requested a date and check number to accompany this statement, however there seems to be no answer for that either. I have requested the owner contact me numerous times as well, but no phone call or contact that is not initiated by me. I would like my refund of $350.00 for the defective part that was sold to me and picked back up by Global Used Auto Parts.Desired Settlement: $350.00 the price that I paid for the Transmission....that's all!
