MY name is [redacted] of Global used cars and I am responding to complaint # [redacted] MY sales guy [redacted] talk to Mr [redacted] on numerous occasion, he put the money down December 15th and he said that he will paythe car off on days , we normally give the people days but we give him more than days to help him pay the balanceof $He did pay $( total of payments between 12-15-and 02-19-) we clear it to him at the beginningthat there is no REFUNDI did not hear from Mr [redacted] until the middle of March when he stated that he lost hisjob Since he lost his job I will help him and give him back some of his money .HE has to come to the lot and we will work with him

He did pay $1500.00 ( total of payments between 12-15-14 and 02-19-15 ) we clear it to him at the beginningthat there is no REFUND. I did not hear from Mr [redacted] until the middle of March when he stated that he lost hisjob Since he lost his job I will help him and give him back some of his money .HE has to come to the lot and we will work with him.
