My wife and I received a letter to attend a sales presentation for travel savings for future tripsWe called within the time specified and was granted an appointment which we attendedThere were sandwiches and drinks available as promised and we had a buffet lunch that was very niceThe letter and the responding appointment setter promised a $gas card or a $dinning card along with a $free travel credit or allowance for future travelI told my wife that " no lunch id free", but agreed to attend the meeting for her benefitThe program they offer is the most ridiculous travel service I could possibly comprehendThe cost is around $initial cost with a $recurring annual fee..While they offer various other so called benefits, You really have to wonder how you could possibly amortize them over the initial membership. At the conclusion of the presentation each couple was taken to a private office to attempt a close of the service. This organization uses the three closer approach, meaning that three people are paraded into your minute conference in an attempt to close you offering all kinds of deals to get you to agreeWe did not buy the program and were ultimately given the so called free items promised in the original letterBe aware that these items are conditioned upon you sailing on a ship, paying undisclosed fees and only upon your completing all of these are you entitled to receive your gift(s), perhaps! We will not pursue any of the free gift rewards as we already know that there are none to be had
THE PROGRAM PRESENTER MADE A SPECIFIC PONT OF SAYING THAT THERE ARE 330,MEMBERS IN THIS PROGRAM WHICH SCINCE IT'S FORMATION (WHICH WAS 2010) I FIND RATHER DIFFICULT TO BELIEVETHEY ALSO CLAIN THAT THERE WERE ONLY COMPLAINTS FILED WITH THE Revdex.com AND ALL WERE RESOLVEDTHE Revdex.com SHOULD INVESTIGATE THIER RATING OF THIS COMPANY AND SIT IN ON A PRESENTATION
.I HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN SALES PROGRAMS LIKE THIS IN OTHER FIELDS AND CAN UNEQUIVICALLY SAY THAT THIS IS A SCAMTHERE WAS AND NEVER WILL BE ANY GIFTS RECIEVED THAT ARE FREEYOU WIOLL PAY VERY DEARLY FOR YOUR "GIFTS"STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THAT DOES NOT EVEN GIVE YOU A BUISINESS CARD OR ANY PIECE OF PAPER WITH THEIR NAME ON IT
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT A FREE LUNCH AND A DRINK (SOFT)SCAM ,SCAM, SCAM

Not what expected, the sales people were very nice until I say that I need couple of days to think about it, after that they start to be kind unfriendly and more pushy, I was told by the sales Manager to give $(paid with Credit Card) to hold the toward the entry fee to block the price at $for a five year membership so I think about it, the same day after checking with the Revdex.com WEB site and see the negativity I call the sales Manager to stop payment and he told me that the $is not refundble I did not sign anything that says thatNow I'm going to wait to see how it goes with the free cruise, gas money and free airline tickets they promised repeatedly
I'll be in touch

My husband and I signed up for this program about years agoLast spring I called Global Vacation Ventures for help in booking a family cruiseAfter talking to an agent numerous times, explaining what we were looking for, what and where we wanted to go, I was becoming very frustratedI called the cruise line and found out what I wantedSo, I called the travel agent at Global Vacations and informed her of the informationShe basically screwed it up, I called and complained to one of the managers and was assigned another agentIt was basically the same thingThe frustration of planning something that was suppose to be fun was nothing but an "depressing, sad experience"So much easier to do it yourself, not to mention, there were no "perks" associated with booking through Global Vacation Ventures as promised at the time we signed up I am not asking for anything but to get out of my monthly payments and yearly fee! If this cannot be rectified, my attorney will step in

Scam is the right word. How can any reputable company offer you their service for $10,500.00, then $8,500.00 ten minutes later when they see no one is taking the bait and then ten minutes after that come up with a $2,500.00 special that the manager "just authorized" for the same service, They claim that approximately 2/3 of all the people who come to their seminar sign up. There are not that many gullible people in the world. Stay away. Plan your trip on your own.

STAY AWAY - WHAT A SCAM AND RIPOFF - My husband and I received a letter from Global for a $100 gas card, Airfare for 2 and an 8 day cruise. We went to the seminar and unfortunately after 3 salesmen pressured us into buying the package for $2990 after coming down from $10,000 we signed the contract. We cancelled the very next day after looking at the website seeing that the vacations offered were not saving us any money. We could get the same prices through our charge card or other search engines for free. It was a joke. We explained this to [redacted] who was one of the 3 sales pitch guys and he was short but said ok you can cancel but send us our $495 cancellation fee before we can refund your moines. I feel that is a ripoff - they will not give you any time to make a decision on the product so BE CAREFUL - STAY AWAY and DO NOT SIGN PAPERWORK unless you want to get ripped off. My husband and I have learned a VERY expensive mistake which we will NEVER do again. Please research these travel clubs thoroughly before signing anything. Any reputable company wouldn't mind giving you a few days to make a decision on a any purchase. BEWARE!!!!

I am writing this because when we were at the sales presentation our sales rep took us to the Revdex.com to show us the company's A+ record. I told him that after our 1st trip I was going to write a review on the Revdex.com....So here goes...

Booked a trip to San Francisco and the Wine Country using our membership. We did 3 nights in San Fran and 5 nights Wine Country with car rental. The trip was fantastic!!! My concierge made the booking really easy. We hadn't been to the West Coast before and they walked us through where to go and what to do on our trip during the planning process. Because of the attention to detail from our concierge, our trip was perfect!!! THANK YOU!!!

Joined with Global back in May. Just got back from our 1st ever Hawaii vacation. Stayed 1 week on the Big Island and 1 week on Maui. The accommodations were awesome and the agents helped us pre plan and coordinate all the side trips and things we wanted to see.
