Global golf listed items for sale at one price and then canceled my order and relisted the items at a higher price.I purchased 4 Taylormade Rocketballz Stage 2 fairway woods on 12/6 thru [redacted]. I printed out the confirmation and gave the items to 2 people as gifts on the evening of 12/6. I received an email on 12/7 from [redacted] golf stating they were canceling the order due to incorect pricing. I have contacted the seller with no response. I also contacted [redacted] and was told the issue was not theirs and I need to contact the seller. The error is on the seller and should have to honor the price. The items were listed at $39.99 each and now have been relisted at $179.99. I also ordered items from [redacted] Golf on [redacted] at the same time for $39.99 and just recieved an email from them that they were also canceling my order due to incorrect pricing by the seller. They now have the items relisted at $129.99. Desired SettlementI am requesting that the seller be made to honor the price they listed the items for.More info received from the consumer 2013-12-12[redacted] Golf has offered to sell me used clubs at a reasonable price. I will accept the offer and request the complaint I filed be closed.

I returned goods for refund..,seller refuses to do it after receiving goods...saying they will wait 3 weeks to do soI ordered from the website [redacted], upon not being satisfied with the purchase as well as finding it cheaper, returned it through the websit. Payment made BUT no order confirmation, no respond from customer services and no money back!I have made a guest login purchase on 2016 Apr27 at [redacted], after I made payment through [redacted], which total cost is [redacted]2160.84, the webpage was crashed, so that no order number and confirmation captured, but my bank informed me payment succeed. I was writing many times and ask for help to find out my order or update my order status, first reply was on Apr28 from [redacted], "Thank you for your message. Our international orders are verified thru a 3rd party source. They were not able to verify your payment method and your order was cancelled. For further assistance please call [redacted]." then I asked "I have checked with my credit card statement, there was no refund record for recently week, could you kindly help to check how long it normally take if my payment cancelled by third party? Really appreciate!"then no respond any more.....I send my request again and again, [redacted] replied on May10,"No payment was captured for the order. Please contact your bank for assistance with your payment."then I go back to check with [redacted], they finally confirmed my payment with transaction no. Refund to my bankBusiness Response Initial reviews of this order showed that no payment was received for this order. The order was cancelled as a result of not receiving payment. A deeper investigation by our payment processor revealed a failed payment download. Our payment processor successfully identified the payment on 5/31/2016. We immediately requested a full refund be sent to the customer. The cancelled order could not be recreated so our goal was to have any funds captured by the payment processor returned as soon as possible. We regret that this technical error experienced by our payment processor resulted in uncertainty and frustration for our customer. Our payment processor remains confident that this is a extremely limited occurrence in their system and we share that confidence.Consumer Response After my complaint received by Revdex.com, my payment got returned within the next 2 working days.I really appreciate and satisfied the help from Revdex.com.Thank you very much!Final Consumer Response

Complaint is I am owed approximately $100 for a product return. The return was accepted and the company paid $83 for a $191 return less shipping. All started with a trade in and purchase at the time of the trade in. It relates to the trade in and buy on the nike vr s irons. At first I received a 170 on a gift card, I emailed regarding the cash and received 12.13 cash back,then emailed and received on 12/26 103.93 cash Back with 53.95 on a gift card, perfect, I was happy with that. On 1/6 I returned the original clubs that I paid 191 for in early december order [redacted] Auth: [redacted] returned them return [redacted].com email expecting a gift card for the 191 less a shipping charge back. I used global golf gifts return process. They refunded $83.31 cash and no gift card, I called twice and have emailed and they said I received the $103.31 earlier, that was for an entirely diff transaction, also that 103 came on 12/26, I did not send the clubs for a return until 01/06. I cannot get anyone to understand the transcations, they think they have paid me in advance for a return I had not even started. I could have kept the clubs and sold for much more that 83 or Globals trade in value is $115. Helppp, I had to enter this but I have tried and tried with no solutions [redacted] XXX-XXX-XXXXDesired SettlementI just want the $100 approximate Gift card that is owed to me via the return policy. Will continue to do business with Global Golf. However the company needs to improve when doing credit trade ins. Each time a trade in is placed on line with an immediate purchase after the trade in arrives a purchase gift cert is issued instead of the cash credit. Advertisement for a buy 3 get one free offer was vague in explaining requirements.Order date 4/12/2014Order # [redacted]Offer: buy 3 dozen prov1 golf balls and receive 1 dozen freeAdvertisement for a buy 3 get 1 free offer was not clear in stating the requirements.Globalgolf.com offered 2 choices and only one was valid for the offer. I'm very meticulous in nature and did not see the restrictions stated anywhere on the offer page. It seems they were purposely being vague.I'm sure nothing will come of this but I just needed to vent.I just feel duped and cheated.Thank you Revdex.com for giving us an opportunity share our experience and perhaps keep other consumers from falling in to the same type of trap.Desired SettlementA dozen prov1s would be nice but more than that, could you make the requirement of the offer clearer? We even had a tab that stated "shop personalized golf balls".

Slow Customer Service response time and credit back for not accepting package.I had placed an order (Order [redacted])August 16th and thought there was a coupon applied for 30% off. It must have been rejected when the order was placed. I then sent an email the same day to cancel the order if the discount could not be applied. I also left a VM at a later date as they were in training. I had to write back on August 23rd to check up on my inquiry, they then did not respond until August 25th. The package was put in a mail room on a Sat. and I had informed the -mailman to return to sender on the following Monday August 25th. It is now Sept 6th. I have not received a credit. The company charged my card the day after I placed an order, yet it has been over a week since I refused the package and I have not received my credit. So not only is there poor customer service due slow response times, there seems to be poor operations. Worse case scenario, my credit card company will deny or take the payment back. However, the fact that I am writing on Revdex.com for this issue is pretty sad. Desired SettlementWell, I guess first you guys actually owe me my refund as I never took possession. In terms of a settlement, Now I don't even know what you can offer that can make things right. 1) If you had responded to my initial email and cancelled the order, this would have been avoided. 2) if you had granted the additional 30% code to be applied to the order I would not have returned the items. Now, I never took possession of the items, and you owe me money. I don't know what you can offer to remedy the situation.
