Global VIP Limosine

Review: I called Global VIP Limo to reserve a limo on 5/11/2014 for the wedding. The deal was that we are getting white Chrysler 300. On Sunday 05/11/2014 they sent us black limo.When I called customer service person I was talking with was very rude and offensive. He said that my 'people' called them and threatened them which is not true. My brother called them to find out why they sent black limo instead. He didn't get any explanation, representative was also rude to him. They also said that there was no contract stating that we are supposed to get white limo. They emailed me credit card authorization and receipt - confirmation that says that they charged money from the card. And they also charged money for "extra hour an a half' as they said. The deal was for $1200.00 and they charged extra 669.06.Desired Settlement: I was not satisfied with their service. And I would like to get a refund.
