Review: I went to Global Wireless and ordered a Galaxy S 4 which costed $450. Global Wireless employees said that the cell phone would arrive in two days but it didn't. After 2 weeks of false promises by Global Wireless, my patience ran out asked I asked for a refund. I haven't gotten my refund after 2 weeks of asking for it. I can't seem to get in contact with the supervisor of Global Wireless and the employees say they can't do anything about it. It's been a month since I tried purchasing the cell phone, and I feel like I am being scammed. I feel like they already wasted a lot of my time and would like a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund as soon as possible.

Review: Drop calls and will not let me make calls out because its says my account has insufficient funds and please add money to your balance. Every phone I had gotten from them is nothing but is[redacted]s and they won't fix the problem. I had just lost a donation because of this with my nonprofit business I'm starting. And when I get a call the same thing happens insufficient funds and hangs up with my calls. Now I have done everything in my power to get it right for them to fix the problem but won't. They refurbish phones with is[redacted]s. It's time you step in. I have bought more people to this company. For which this has been going on for years with my phone.Desired Settlement: I would like you to settle a new phone that is not refurished phone. when I went in to buy another phone I was treated like crap. And would like you to do in indebt investagion. There are so many complaints on them that I found under their website. And there is a another place you go to with rating businesses also. I do not want to be hassle by them. Because of this and I will be mailing my phone payment to them. Right now my nonprofit business is connected with my number so I am stuck with them because my donation drive is in full swing at this point.
