I have called YAK on January 5 to cancel my internet service subscription on January 15 with account no. XXXXXX & YAK gave me the cancellation code, and after that my internet have been served by *** for my ADSL internet service since January 16, 2018 till today.

I have called YAK again on January to complain the double charge on January invoice and YAK have promised me to refund my money. Instead of sending me my refund and stopping the email invoices, YAK keep on sending me invoices and do withdrawals on my credit card without my authorization for months after the fact:

on Jan. 6, 2018 withdrawal of $78.98

on Feb. 5, 2018 withdrawal of $39.49

on Mar. 8, 2018 withdrawal of $39.49

on Apr. 5, 2018 withdrawal of $39.49

on May 7, 2018 withdrawal of 39.49

I have called YAK several times and I demand the recording or transcript of conversation between me X-XXX-XXX-XXXX and YAK:

on May 18 at X-XXX-XXX-XXXX for 14 minutes.

on January 19 at X-XXX-XXX-XXXX, for 27 minutes.

on January 5, 2018 at X-XXX-XXX-XXXX, with duration of 20 minutes.

and I already sent YAK complain emails:

on May 23, 2018 at ***@yak.ca, with subject Re: Yak Invoice - 14 May 2018 OBXXXXXXXXXX

on May 31, 2018 at ***@yak.ca, with subject Re: Yak Invoice - 14 May 2018 OBXXXXXXXXXX

Desired Outcome

I demand YAK to apologize, stop sending me further invoices, and refund all of my money that *** deducted from my credit card account by sending me a cheque payable to me: *** and send it to my place: XXX-XXXX *** Ave., Mississauga, *** for the amount YAK had *** deduct money from my credit card on Jan - May 2018

I have not had internet for 2 weeks even though money has been taken out of my account. Every time we call to find out what is going on they give us the run around. Even telling us at one point to find another provider. We have been with this company for 2 yrs
