The total $that was charged to the customer in order to close out her account breaks down as followsmonths service @44.95=$Equipment removal =$POE Injector (Equipment not given back by customer)=$Customer called numerous times having issues connecting to the internet
and or not having service at allEach time the issue was resolved over the phone after finding out the customer had either unplugged her wireless equipment or had ethernet cords connected incorrectlyWhen *** called originally we logged into her router and found devices that were causing wifi interference in her house and when trying to trouble shoot she would get frustrated and she said she needed hands on helpWe tried to have a technician help *** times but each time they arrived at her residence she refused to answer the door and not let them insideI called her to let her know it was our techs trying to help her with her printer and other devices that were causing the issues with her wifi dropping out but she wouldn't let them insideWe have tried working with *** over the phone and in person but each time she refused our helpafter she called our office in a hostile manor saying she wasn't going to pay for the services provided is when we scheduled the equipment removal immediatelyWe apologized to her that she feels we didn't try to help her even though we made several attempts to get her devices connected

I was not called about this nor did I encounter any technicians at my residence. I did not authorize this charge to my bank account. The invoice of the supposed account closing charges was not sent to me until after I contacted them about the unauthorized charges to my bank account. It was manually prepared after the fact. I will take this to the state attorney general if Globalnet does not reverse these charges upon being informed so by Revdex.com
