My loan was purchased some months ago by Globe Acceptance and I have never missed or been late making a paymentIn that time I have not received a single statement detailing the status of my debtWhen I requested a statement I was told by the office manager that it was not their policy and if I wanted to know my balance she would tell me over the phone and that would have to be good enoughI have also submitted a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission
Places such as Globe Acceptance should be shut down by any means necessary to make room in the marketplace for organizations that have integrity

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS ARE MNS, THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING, THEY ARE RUDE AND SPEAK LIKE ROBOTS FROM A SCRIPT, I WILL BE SO HAPPY WHEN MY LOAN IS PAID OFF SO I NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN,
