As of right now, I am very disappointedMy brand new honda accord & my husband's civic SI were hit by another car while they were parked on September 11, We didn't want to proceed with the shops *** was offering because we felt skeptical, so we called the dealer ship where my husband bought his car & were recommend to Globe auto bodyI have to say I am not pleased with the way Carlos handles his cases, it seems like he can't get it under control with going back & fourth with insurance claims, or maybe that's just how he makes it seemOverall as of right now It's been months going to months & my husband hasn't received any feed back on when exactly would his car be done, & the only reason why I have my car under my possession is because we surprised him by showing up, other than that I had not received a phone call to let me know I would be able to pick it up later that day, instead I show up on November 9th, & he was sitting in his office taking care of another client, & when he saw me his face expression gave it all away, my car was just sitting there dirty ready to go & he had not even called me yet to let me know it just need it to be cleaned or whatever else it need it, I felt that I had to show up & see the process of my car because all Carlos could say & still says with my husband's car, is that it needs more time & that is not ready & he always finds a way to go around the questions when all we want is to get an exact date on when we can have our Civic SIMy husband & I are very disappointed due to the fact that *** isn't willing to pay for my husband's rental any longer, & they are just charging my husband's credit card, when really it should not come out of our pockets,It's so hard to understand why a business person cannot have an accurate date on when things need to be done, it is so unprofessional, & I will be taking my accord for a full inspection this weekend as well as a diagnosis, even if I have to pay I need to know if there is anything else I need to know besides all the wrong things he left in my carOn Sep 11th, before I sign papers so this man can get paid & get start it on my car he promised a legitimate job, but it seems like he caused even more work to be done, my new accord comes with memories to adjust the driver's seat to how they like, & for some reason it does not work at all, my husband gave him a call to inquire about that, & the first thing he asked was if the accord was a lease, my husband did not want to answer that but it seems like he already had that information because his only respond was for us to take it to the dealer we bought it from & they should be able to fix it since it's under warranty stillHonestly after all this I no longer want to allow him to touch my car ever again, because it seems like he took on a job he wasn't suitable for, not only did he messed up the memory to adjust the seat, but the left side of my trunk is uneven, it is so obvious to tell when the right side is in a perfect position, & it's not popping out with a big gap like the left side is, and the only main reason why I'm taking my car for a full check up this weekend is because of the warning light for the trunk turned on while I was driving & I know my car did not have that problem before, I had to park & see if my trunk was really open when it wasn't, I'm thinking that it must be something there that they left uneven & I will definitely find out about itNow over all experience at the beginning he did made us feel like our cars were in good hands, leaving us now with the thought of "did we screwed up"Only because we do understand that not all body work comes perfect & most cases every car never stays the same after a collisionBut as of right now I just want to make sure that all the parts & body paint are original & as well for the diagnose to let me know that it is okay to drive safeI will be getting back with more feed back on what's going to happen with my husband's Civic SI, because this is just the half of all the drama that has been happening with going back & fourth blaming the insurance & down time& if there is any other extreme measures we need to take, we are more than willing to do so
