Globe Awning

Review: After I complained to [redacted] ( owner of business) that it's raining onto my porch, through the stitches of the awning, he suggested to have the stitches sealed. He said he will send someone to do the job. That was last year. I've called him numerous times, all I get is promises but he never fixed it. When I call him , he yells at me to stop bothering him, that he's a busy man and he will come when he has time. He even slammed the phone down while yelling on top of his lungs at me. It's been way too long for me to sit back and do nothing, therefore I turn to the Revdex.com for help. When a family member told me she also ordered her awning from this company, I told her to cancel her order, his service stinks! It was too late to stop the order. She also has trouble with her awning, he put it on crooked and he never showed up to fix hers either. I don't know how this company can stay in business with that attitude.Desired Settlement: I'd like [redacted] to send someone to fix this problem as soon as possible
