Globe Driving Academy

You really dont have to look any further. I have made a huge mistake and picked my school based on its location (close to my home). And for some reason I was blessed to get into the best school in our crazy city. After I started my in-classes I kept hearing horror stories of other schools from students who transferred them self to Globe Academy. Students who kept failing driving tests... Even my husband failed his first attempt graduating very expensive driving school.. After that I realised that IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO CHOSE THE RIGHT DRIVING SCHOOL! I loved everything about the school. Fun in-classes with a lot to learn about defensive driving. And if you get super lucky (like I did) and you get Raza as your instructor - you can count yourself as super mega good defensive driver. I did not believe in myself in the beginning, but thank this the most patient man on earth (Raza), I got my "PASS" from the first attempt! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Raza is the best driving teacher. And Globe Driving Academy is the best school. If you are afraid or you don't want to pay an arm and a leg or you want a driving teacher who is patient, safe and funny! Then this is the school for you! I met Raza and told him I was frightened of driving (after putting it off for over 10 years), and last week I just got my G2 after the first try. I honestly loved learning so much, that I might just pay for more driving lessons, just to hang out. I feel lucky that I passed my test and made a friend at the same time. This is how I came to find this school: I tried Young Drivers, which was extremely expensive, but thought that the price would be justified by the value. Unfortunately after my 19 hours of in car lessons, I failed the habits test and didn't even bother taking the faux MTO test to get the certificate (for lower insurance purposes). NB. Young Drivers is $75 per 45 min. So I went to Globe Driving! I went because of the outstanding reviews. I had researched AMB, Canadian Tire driving school, Rose driving school. The prices were either higher, or the staff on the phone were unfriendly. The Experience: Raza makes you feel safe! He also makes you feel special and confident. He has a great sense of humor and teaches you in a way that is EASY. I found that at Young Drivers, they often got caught up with their own rules. And make you tackle 3 point turns and parallel parking all at once, instead of step by step. I'm personally not very coordinated, but the logical (and mathematical) breakdown that Raza taught me had me parallel parking in 1 try. Whereas I could not do it at Young Drivers. Then I went back to Young Drivers to finish their silly course and passed the habits test and faux MTO test to get my certificate. The Test: I did my test in Etobicoke. I was very scared and I do not do well under pressure. But because I had learnt such great habits with Raza, I passed! Honestly I don't even think I was using my brain. My hands, feet, eyes were all so well trained that they did it themselves! I didn't 'just' pass either, I had a very good score. The EXTRA Things I Can Do: I can drive with the radio on! I can drive while people talk to me. I can drive on the highway (even though you don't need this until your G) I can notice crappy drivers and anticipate their moves. I can drive downtown Toronto. Text (haha just kidding) I hope you enjoy driving with this school as much as I did. Please treat Raza really well, because he is very selfless and looks after everyone.
