associations of international credential evaluators in the US that are recognized by the US Department of Education for study and work purposes. Globe Language Services is a member of AICE (Association of International Credential Evaluators). It has never been a member of [redacted], which is the second professional association recognized by the US Dept. of Education. All our staff are aware of our membership with AICE and not [redacted]. This is also clearly indicated on our website. When Mr. M[redacted] had his evaluation done in April of 2000, it was accepted for the purposes intended. Evaluation reports are valid for 10 years and then have to be redone to comply with the new format and reporting requirements. Therefore, Mr. M[redacted] had to apply for a new evaluation of his credentials. According to [redacted] who works in our office, [redacted] did not ask about [redacted] membership. He asked if Globe Language Services was "accredited." Neither AICE nor [redacted] are accrediting agencies. Ms. N* responded that Globe is a member of AICE, which is a professional association ensuring the compliance of its members with Credential Evaluation Standards.Mr. M[redacted] might have thought that Ms. Ni pronounced [redacted] instead ofA-I-C-E. All staff members at Globe Language Services are long-time employees and nobody would say (either by mistake or on purpose) that Globe is a member of [redacted].We did not want this confusion to affect Nelson's chances of admission to [redacted], therefore, Dr. A[redacted] A[redacted], our Executive Vice President, wrote a message to the college with information regarding AICE and Globe Language Services. Our hope is that [redacted] will change its policy of requiring evaluations to come from [redacted] members since there is no legitimate reason to reject evaluations from members of an equal professional association.Dr. A[redacted] has contacted Mr. M[redacted] by e-mail and telephone to determine whether the situation with [redacted] has been resolved or not. Mr. M[redacted] has not responded. If the college still refuses to accept the evaluation report and Mr. M[redacted] will be forced to pay for the evaluation again, we will work with him to minimize this financial burden.

Dear Mr. A[redacted]

On April *, 2000, Globe Language Services did the "course by course evaluation" of my Medical Education from [redacted], South America, and I paid $ "X".amount of dollars (I do not remember).

On May **, 2015, I asked Globe Language Services to send my "course by course evaluation" to [redacted] ([redacted]), and paid $ 40.00 according with invoice [redacted]. Then, I received an email notification from Globe Language Services stating that my "course by course evaluation" had more than 10 years, and you do not have the records anymore, and that in order to do it again, I have to re-submit the original transcripts from my [redacted] university, and to pay $ 175,00 dollars more, to a total of $ $ 215.00 dollars.

[redacted] ([redacted]), the college I am applying sent me an e-mail stating that it is a Georgia State - Department of Education Law, that the "course by course - translator company" must be member of the [redacted] ([redacted]). Immediately, I called Globe Language Services, and spoke with [redacted] ([redacted] - Accounting Department), and asked her directly about the [redacted] membership (inclusive I said the [redacted]' name erroneously, and [redacted] corrected me and spelled properly for me, and she said: "Yes, we are member of [redacted]".

I paid the extra $ 170, dollars (Ms. Jane N*, gave me the courtesy of $ 5.00 off, because mistakenly she said that the total was $ 170.00 dollars instead of $ 175, and she realized of this, after the money was discount from my [redacted] debit card). I paid in total $ 210.00 dollars

Today my college [redacted] did not accept the "course by course evaluation" because Globe Language Services is not a member of [redacted]. I was believing in what [redacted] told me, and I discussed with [redacted] Registrar's Staff, and said that Globe Language Services is member of [redacted], and they (staff) must be wrong and did not check the correct credentials for Globe Language Services.

Then I spoke with you, and you said that Globe Language Services is not a member of [redacted].

Now, "I am lost in the limbo". [redacted] gave $ 5.00 appreciation courtesy and I have to pay $ 200.00 dollars or more to a real company member of [redacted]. And the worst, I cannot take 2015 Fall semester expected courses (because Ms. Jane N*' lie) and I have to wait for the accredited company to send the new evaluation, and then to apply for courses in 2016 Spring semester.

As per your request, above please find the name of the Registrar Office' staff involved in this mess started by Ms. Jane N*' lie.

Thank you,

[redacted]Desired Settlement: I spoke with Mr. A[redacted], and he said that he will call [redacted] - Admission Office to resolve this problem, and in case that this impasse could not be resolved, he would try another way to do it. I am waiting. I called Ms. Jane N*, and let me waiting in the phone 4 times. I sent 2 emails to Mr. A[redacted] and I have not reply.

I need my money back to send my [redacted] medical education transcripts to a [redacted] member licensed translator company, and then submit them to [redacted] Admission Office.

Thank you,

Business

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[redacted] lied.I spoke with her and asked directly if Globe Language Services was a member of [redacted]. I did not know that there was any other agency where they (Globe Language Center) could be member. I said [redacted]. And Ms. Jeni Ni corrected me and spelled [redacted] properly for me, and she said "yes. We are accredited member of [redacted].Below, you will find the e-mail thjast Mr. A[redacted] sent to me and my response (copied and pasted):Nelson, I sent the information to [redacted] regarding your case. Can you please check with them on whether they have received my message and whether they need any additional information? Best wishes,A[redacted]

As a said in my initial complaint, due to Ms. Jeni N*'s lie, I must wait until 2016 Spring Semester for the Globe Language Services "course by course evaluation"to be accepted. [redacted] Admission Committee reunion for 2015 Fall Semester was done one or two weeks ago. If in June 2015 I know that Globe Language Services is not a member of [redacted], I will not ask them to do my evaluation, since this was a "must" requirement. All this delay problem is because Ms. Jeni N*'s lie.I will have a meeting next week with Admission Office representative and will talk about this matter.[redacted].Thank

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Sincerely,

Response:

I resolved this case (myself directly with [redacted]). MS. JENI N* FROM GLOBE LANGUAGE SERVICES LIED. I showed to Admission Office of [redacted] all communications between Globe Language Services and me, previous to send the money, as follows:1. e-mails (back and forth).2. records of phone calls (days and times) before and after [redacted] required "membership from [redacted]and my school understood that I was deceived by this company. My school will accept documents because of me, no because Language Language Services and its liars. Globe Language Services will continue cheating on people, like Ms. Jeni N* did to me, relying under a membership to [redacted], which never existed.Thank you,

Nelson M[redacted]
