To Whom It May Concern;I am writing this letter in response to the Revdex.com complaint filed by [redacted] With regardto this letter it was never brought to our attention and for that I apologizeIf we had been informed, wewould have been able to address this situationAs for oµr vehicles they are sold As-ls, unless we havewritten in our due bill with specffic notes that We promise another key or any other work after the sale ofa vehicle otherwise sold As-ISHowever, that betng said we do try to work with our customers after thesale and offer our dealer cost program which many of our customer do take advantage of because it cansave them moneyWe are here to help and wish we could have had that opportinity to work with [redacted] .As far as the Service Contract not covering a specific item, I am not an expert on that but I do know that? we have had great success getting things covered that wouldn't normally be covered, so again I wish wewould have had that opportunity to get involved as well.We are willing to reimburse for the expense of the tail lightAs far as the Service Contract calculation Itis pro-rated by date of caneellationThis is not something we would factor, it would come from the ServiceContract Provider and we would refund aceordinglyYour cancellation was factored with a cancellationdate of February 17, with77.98% remaining-$cancellation feeYour service cancellation wascalculated correctly and we have refunded you the correct amount due Sincerely,? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The dealership has already been paid for the warranty via the loan companyTo cut a check to them would not help me get my transmission fixedThe check needs to be made to me, since I am still paying for the warrantyThe reason I bought it was that I dont generally have laying around in case of something like thisEspecially now, since I just lost my job, the only way I can afford to fix the vehicle is with the refunded money from the warrantyOtherwise, im still making payments on a vehicle I cant even drive Sincerely, [redacted]

April 15, 2017To Whom It May Concern;I am writing this letter in response to the Revdex.com complaint filed by [redacted] Our Finance Manager was unaware that the vehicle was going to be converted to a right hand drive vehicle We believe there may have been a lack of communication However, we understand we can sale a VSC on commercial vehicles however, if there has been any alteration to the vehicle, we also understand that the vehicle would not be covered We didn’t intentionally sale the VSC knowing it would be of no value to our customerWe are willing to give [redacted] a 100% refund on the VSC We would also suggest that she bring the vehicle to the shop located at our dealership, for an estimate Here she can take advantage of our dealer cost program, if she is interested in having the vehicle repaired at our discounted rateWe apologize for the misunderstanding and will definitely get the check cut and mailed out to the lien holder on file If this is agreeable to [redacted] , please let us knowSincerely,Tammie B [redacted]

I am rejecting part of this response because:I tried on multiple occassions to work with my salesman but meet with opposition As for the warranty plan the salesman was very clear to me and my husband that it would cover the vehicle in depth INCLUDING the issues that we addressed at time of sale which he refused to fix because they would be covered If the verbage on the warranty plan had been presented in truth I would have not purchased it or possible second guess buying the vehicle I was unable to take advantage of your LOWER cost repair shop because I was unable to get the vehicle to Spokane I dont feel that reimbursement of the remaining warranty plan due your salesmans misrepresentation is to much to ask.
I will accept reimbursement for the tail light I would still like reimbursement for the key issue

The dealership has already been paid for the warranty via the loan company. To cut a check to them would not help me get my transmission fixed. The check needs to be made to me, since I am still paying for the warranty. The reason I bought it was that I dont generally have 2500 laying around in case of something like this. Especially now, since I just lost my job, the only way I can afford to fix the vehicle is with the refunded money from the warranty. Otherwise, im still making payments on a vehicle I cant even drive.
