Hello Team,We have already submitted our response on 28th March, However here is the same typed Email as you will find in your
systemWe have also send you a new mail today in regard of same complain.Email sent on 28th March, 2016------------------------------Dear Ma’am/Sir,We received the letter from you regarding the complain and we are feeling very regret in this matter however we always try to deliver the best services to our customer and leave no stone unturned in resolving the issueWe work in good faith and for customer satisfaction that is main key of our business But sometimes it’s impossible to satisfy all customer and so that we have very easy policy in customer faith.As we received complain from *** *** and she stated that she has been made fooled regarding her computer but the main thing is that we never call to customer, Whenever customers call us for any problem they are guidedWhen we checked computer, we found some virus that's why the computer was slow downWe never say that we are *** or licensed to service *** product that is also clearly mentioned on our website as well as on invoice which we send customer to make payment so that they can be satisfied or assured about the company and services before making the payment.We never force customer to make payment through check or some different modeIt’s totally depending on customer which mode they chooseAs we also found some password issue that customer talking about for but it does not make any sense here, without password computer is not accessible so how we could fix the computerWe never used IRS or something else.As we also didn't find any call from her on mention date in complainIf customer calls us, they certainly helped from us that’s why we have easy policy for refund if they are not satisfiedAs she mentioned about calls given from her on 18th of March, but we didn't receive any callIn the ground of failure in providing the services or resolution, the company promises her for compensationBut without hearing from customer, we are not able to provide the solution.We are looking further in this case on high priority and the customer will given full support from us.BBC Complain ID: *** (***)Your favor will be highly appreciable.Thank You!Globeroot LLCCapitol Ave.Suite 310, A333Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001***

In regard of the dispute with *** ***, We have reviewed all the information She could also requested for the refund before as she was covered our refund policy but we never received any request from her directlyHowever we are going to initiate a refund through merchantIt's very hard time for us to issue a check because our bank account is hacked by someone and the bank is investigating on thatHowever we have requested to our merchant to issue a refund for herWe will send you a further confirmation or if it's not go through merchant, we will issue a check in day or two when the bank issue resolveI also request you to contact the customer and ask her to return the accessories which she received from Globeroot LLC On our company address.

I am extremely satisfied with the help I received today. it was a long process for Globeroot to get my computer up and running but they stayed with it to the end and were very helpful with all of my questions. I would recommend Globeroot llc to anyone needing help to secure there information.I have been a customer since february of 2016 .
