GlobeTrot Corporate Housing

Review: I rented an appartment in San Diego, CA for one month to spend the summer with my family. The rent period was July 7, 2013 to Aug 6, 2013. The property that I paid for was [redacted], 92108 in San Diego, CA. The [redacted] property is a newly developed appartment facility.Just a few days before arriving to San Diego my wife received an email from Mr. [redacted] (who worked for GlobeTrot Corporate Housing, with whom we arranged the deal) saying that the property changed and I was put to a different property which is older and the price is cheaper than the [redacted] one. I called many times, left voice messages and send emails but he never responded. The company GlobeTrot Corporate Housing never replied either despite my emails and calls.The contract I had with GlobeTrot Corporate Housing did not provide for a change of apartment. I paid in advance a cleaning and nobody showed up ever to do the cleaning. So basically, I was put in a cheaper place, the cleaning service never showed up and I did not get a refund for the difference between the rent prices of [redacted] and the one I was put in which is in [redacted]. I never got a refund for the cleaning service.Thank you.[redacted]Desired Settlement: I plead for a refund of the difference between the rent price in [redacted] and the rent price in [redacted] is much cheaper than [redacted] so I demand a refund for the difference.Also, I respectfully plead for refund of the cleaning price I paid as nobody showed up to clean during my stay.
