Review: We have received an invoice from Globex for services we have never used. They claim that we have a verbal agreement that took place in September of 2012. We just learned of the charges in May of this year 2013 when we received invoice [redacted]. We have tried to communicate with Globex and have found that their representative [redacted] is extremely rude on the phone and has failed to provide [redacted] with information regarding charges.Desired Settlement: We would like to stop receiving invoices and phone calls from Globex for services we have never used or contracted.

Review: I recieved a call from Globex NA. They said someone in my company had previously authorized some advertising with them. They could not get me a name of who and said she/he had probably moved on from the company. They said we owe them money for advertising and asked me to confirm some details: name adress, phone number etc. and said they would follow up with an invoice. They called back a few weeks later and also sent an invoice to my email. When I told them I did not authorize this, they played a recording of me “authorizing the listing” but all I did was did was confirm my details. I asked for a signed agreement and they said that anything <$1,000 only need a verbal agreement. (she could not provide a written/signed agreement). They called back a few times and I just kept telling them I was not paying the invoice. They said they were sending me to 3rd party collections yet they still keep calling (from the private/unknown Number) everyday harrasing me, and being very ignorant and rude.Desired Settlement: I would like Globex North America to have my account account closed and credited down to a zero balance. I would like them to stop calling emmidietly.

Review: On May **, 2013, I was contracted by an agent of Globex North America advising me that I had a past due balance with them and that legal action would be taken against me if I did not reconcile my account. Afterwards, I received an invoice (Account ID [redacted]) stating that I owed $979.00 for their Excelerated Index Package with Keyword Optimization. As a [redacted], having a good reputation is important to me and as a result, I paid the reduced amount of $800.00.The company cannot give me a copy of any contract signed by me agreeing to the services rendered. Consequently, their business practices would suggest that I have been slammed, which is a term widely used by the communications industry. At this point, I am beyond frustration and want to receive a full refund of $800.00 for services that I did not agree to in any form or fashion. Review: GlobexNA Has contacted our company numerous times stating we had agreed to allow their company to run On-line advertizing. There was never anything agreed upon, they had contacted our company to verify Name & Address of our company, then sent and invoice for $979.00 For an "Excelerated Index Package" When contacting the company to find proof of our "Agreement" they are never able to provide proof that we agreed to anything, then the Accounts Receivable clerk becomes Hostile and threatening and harassing.Desired Settlement: A-Team heating & Cooling owes Globex NA no amount of money for anything.
