I am rejecting this response because: ALthough all packages were delivered way past the time that was approximated by the shipping company (a month and a half) this is unacceptable. All my packages were delivered and I can say that I am relieved on that end, however the customer service in the shipping company needs more work as well as giving CORRECT information to clients when packages are dropped off for shipment. As in my case, incorrect information was given as to how many boxes would be delivered in a single day. As a matter of fact, it was not disclosed of at all. I am satisfied that my packages were not LOST but we will nevert be using this company again. We have found a new shipping company.

of our business is the transportation of packages. Mrs. [redacted] claims she was advised all of her packages were going to be delivered on a specific date (9/14/2015), unfortunately in the nature of this segment of our business we are unable to guarantee a delivery date. We always let our clients know once the packages are received by us it will take from eight to ten business days for these to be delivered.  Of Mrs [redacted]'s claim the part that we want to address the most is that NONE of the packages were lost, there was a package that did take longer to be delivered and we followed up every day to make sure it would get to its final destination, we can provide proof of delivery if it is considered necessary.The service was provided and we do not considered that we should refund the amount she is claiming. We apologize for the ONE package that took longer to be delivered, this was out of our control but we called and investigated everyday until it was delivered. Please let us know if there is anything else we should provide.Thank you,Globo Envios Management

Review: I specifically advised this company that my packages were to be delivered Internationnally and delivered on Sept. 14th, 2015. They agreed. My packages were not delivered on said date and have been lost. WHen we tried to resolve the situation, we were screamed at on the phone, and was told to go ahead and "sue them" The customer service is very bad and we were told lies.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund as they did not adhere to what we were told.
