Good afternoon, We appreciate the opportunity Revdex.com is giving us to respond to this complaint, we love every opportunity to show that we care about our clients and customer service is an essential part of our business In respect to Mrs [redacted] 's complaint here is what we have to say: Part of our business is the transportation of packagesMrs [redacted] claims she was advised all of her packages were going to be delivered on a specific date (9/14/2015), unfortunately in the nature of this segment of our business we are unable to guarantee a delivery dateWe always let our clients know once the packages are received by us it will take from eight to ten business days for these to be delivered Of Mrs [redacted] 's claim the part that we want to address the most is that NONE of the packages were lost, there was a package that did take longer to be delivered and we followed up every day to make sure it would get to its final destination, we can provide proof of delivery if it is considered necessaryThe service was provided and we do not considered that we should refund the amount she is claimingWe apologize for the ONE package that took longer to be delivered, this was out of our control but we called and investigated everyday until it was delivered Please let us know if there is anything else we should provideThank you, Globo Envios Management
