Thank you for your unusually prompt reply to my email. While I am (somewhat) empathetic to the problem which has recently impacted your company, you need to be aware that this is none of my business, nor is it my problem. What IS my problem is that approximately months ago, I purchased a product manufactured by your company, and your company has failed to deliver a key component of that product, rendering it useless. Every time I have communicated with your company, I have received replies that were evasive, misleading (whether intentionally or unintentionally), and downright false.

It seems only right to make you aware of the reasons which caused the delay in the delivery of your shrimps
Our company active in Italy since and operating since in USA has always maintained a serious and professional profile to all our customers
Our scientific professionalism in recent years, has enabled us to develop innovative and unique products
Our seriousness recognized by all our customers has always allowed us to process orders quickly because for us the customers has the priority and it is our fundamental target
This is our truth: about weeks ago , when weather condition were better for shipping, an American Company SBS Global from Cincinnati, bought from us a considerable amount of our products and sold them… BUT NEVER PAID, causing us immense damage for ten of thousand $$$, so we could't ship due to short of cash flow
We hoped to be able to solve it in a quick way, but it is not possible right now, cause now we are really short in cash, in order to meat costs of shipping
We are working to restore service and to allow you to receive orders, we are sorry to admit this but the simple truth we believe will help our customers to understand our disappointment for not serving customers
We apologize and we will do our best to sort out from this unpleasant situation, caused to our small company by a Huge and Dishonest Group

Review: We purchased their item for a Christmas gift and with the item you received a voucher code that was to be used to redeem live shrimp that go inside the aquarium. I attempted to redeem with the code online and they said the codes were not working right now but would be available in a couple weeks. Attempted to get the shrimp delivered again with the redemption code and their site would not accept my code. Talked with customer service and they assured me the shrimp would be delivered within the following 14 days. No delivery so I called them back and got another promise of delivery within 2 weeks from a representative named [redacted]. Once again no delivery. Called back in about three weeks and spoke with [redacted] again on March [redacted] and he promised he would make sure they would be deliverd within the next 2 weeks and he gave me a number to contact him directly. After no delivery in the next two weeks I called [redacted] on his direct line and informed him of the lack of delivery and he said he didn't know what else he could do for me. I said I would like a refund since there continues to be no delivery of the product. He stated he could not offer me a refund and I asked for a phone number of someone who could or a number for his [redacted]. [redacted] got very rude at this time and said he wouldn't give me his [redacted]s number or he would lose his job and he hung up on me. I called the 800 number for the company explained my situation regarding [redacted] and said I would like to talk to someone else and they put me thru to [redacted] again who answered the phone screaming, " Are you harassing me again? I said I wouldn't give you a refund and I AM NOT GOING TO HELP YOU GET YOUR SHRIMP! STOP HARASSING ME!' So I hung up because he was rather abusive and it scared me a bit. I have been trying to get this since Christmas and I have no other avenue to pursue. It actually concerns because this unstable representative has my phone number and home address.Desired Settlement: I would like a delivery of the product because it is for my daughter. And I would like to know the customer representative was informed that he can not talk to customer abusively. And an apology would be great.

Review: My son received the Globus EVIVO Do-It-Yourself Baby Shrimp Ecosystem for Christmas 2013. It's just a plastic ball, but inside the packaging is a coupon to order the shrimp for the habitat.

We ordered the shrimp in January 2014. Gave it 6 weeks. Called the number ###-###-#### and spoke with [redacted] in CA who said they were behind in orders. We were told February. Same thing happened. Then we were told April. We spoke with [redacted] 6 times until he disconnected the number this summer.

Now, the NEW CUSTOMER SERVICE phone number (###-###-####) listed on their site ([redacted]) has been busy all 20 times I have tried since Sept [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the $40 spent.

Review: I purchased the Evivo Baby Shrimp Ecosystem (upc: [redacted]) at Barnes & Noble in September or October of 2013. As per the instructions on their website ([redacted]) I placed my shrimp order, using the barcode, as my package was missing its voucher inside. It may have been 8 weeks or longer (I think it was after Christmas, so maybe in January) and I had not heard from the company or received my shrimp, so I contacted them via email. I was contacted by customer service representative [redacted], who asked that I resubmit my request. She told me that due to weather, they could not ship the shrimp. as they did not want them to die. She told me they would ship mid-February. Then of course, the East Coast was again hit by snow, so no shrimp.

On March [redacted], I received an email from [redacted] again, asking if I had received my shrimp, and if not, to resend my shipping information. I replied that same day that I had not, and sent my address.

On April [redacted], I sent her an email stating: "I still have not received my shrimp. This has become very, very frustrating." I sent my address again. She replied on April [redacted] Dear [redacted],

I checked your order and we will ship next week now that temperature are more comfortable in Columbus."

On May [redacted], I emailed her: "I still have not received the shrimp. I cannot believe it has been over six months since I first requested them. PLEASE SHIP MY SHRIMP." I enclosed my address again. I have had no response from her as of this complaint, nor have I received my shrimp. It has become a running joke between me and my 9 year-old daughter; on the drive home each day, I will say, "Maybe the shrimp came today." and then we both laugh at the absurdity.Desired Settlement: I want my shrimp. Now.

Review: The firm provides minature eco-systems. In our particualar case, we purchased a small gobe (about the size of a baseball) where the company then sends live shrimp which we would than put the shrimp into the globe (following directions). To order the shrimp, inside eack globe is a security code where one inputs into the web site. The minature shrimp are then delivered within 5-10 days. See the following link: '[redacted]. See our order below. My wife and I have sent emails several times to the firm. We have received no response. The shrimp were ordered on July *, 2014.

Review: I purchased a Shrimp eco system in December 2013. It comes with a voucher for the shrimp for the ecosystem. I redemmed the voucher with Globus in January 2014. I did not receive the shrimp so I began to call them. They keep promising me the shrimp will be sent and to call back in 1-2 weeks if I do not receive them. This has been going on for 5 months. I still have not recieved the shrimp.Desired Settlement: Delivery of the shrimp for the ecosystem.
