Mr [redacted] and a co-buyer bought a used Chrysler PT Cruiser, registering 99,miles, on November 28, It was sold As-Is, with all warranties, express or implied, disclaimed Nevertheless, we have responded to Mr [redacted] 's complaints about the engine stopping, which has not occurred when the vehicle was brought in for inspection We did conduct three goodwill repairs, which are evidenced in the attachments We also paid for tires that Mr [redacted] had replaced on the vehicle three months after he bought it We do not believe the tires were bald with their belts showing at the time of purchase If this were so, a conscientious buyer would not have bought the car in that condition. We have also paid $1,in rental fees for Mr [redacted] during the times his vehicle was in the shop We are not willing to do more other than rescind his contractual obligations and have Mr [redacted] convey the title back to us - if that is what he chooses to do However, the co-buyer will also have to agree to rescind the deal, as that person is part of the contract. We are not willing to refund any money We believe we have more than went out of our way to help this customer

The customer has raised two issues: 1) that she requested that her monthly payment obligations be adjusted, which she claims was denied rudely; and 2) that her payments are not being reflected in her credit report
1. Payment Adjustments: The customer bought her vehicle from
*** *** *** *** (Glockner Auto Credit). It was financed by *** *** *** *** ***, who was assigned the retail installment contract. Therefore, her complaint should be directed to *** *** *** *** *** and not Glockner Auto Credit. Nevertheless, from the customer's own recitation of the facts, she bought the vehicle on September 9, and then needed a modification of her loan within three months of her purchase. Even if only the customer's version is considered, the facts would be that the customer inquired as to what would happen if she returned the car and she received an honest answer - she would remain obligated for the loan and her wages could be garnished through a court judgment if she refused to pay. It is better to be honest with a customer about obligations and certain consequences than to surprise them later if they have believed falsely.2. Credit Reporting: *** *** *** **., reports to ***. It has been verified that *** *** is reporting the customer's payment history and that *** is receiving that reporting. If the customer is checking another credit bureau, such as T*** ** ***, the reporting would not appear. In addition, the customer's payment obligations did not begin until October, 2015, which may not be sufficient time for the reporting to show. This is not Glockner Auto Credit's issue, nor is it *** *** issue. *** *** is reporting. If the customer desires to talk with a company representative about the issues raised in her complaint, she may call me and I will discuss these matters with her.*** ***, V.P

We responded to this complaint and agreed to talk to the customer, which was what she requested as the desired outcome. We have nothing further to add
