employees including the assistant manager, and no one recalls this situation.  When I asked her about this, she didn’t have much information to give me.  I watched the video for hours just to check.  Customer service is very important.  When I watched the videos over and over, I saw nothing similar to this at all.  She gave me generic descriptions of the employees, etc.  I took this situation seriously.  The more I looked into the situation, the less facts I saw.  I never actually told her I was going to give her a $25 gift card, but did ask for her address before I checked the videos, just in case.   I am willing to send her a $10 gift card to try to make her happy, though there was not any proof to this situation.

She said she had waited about 25 minutes to get her drink.  I know he looked at the videotape, and in the time frame she was here, nobody waited more than 3 minutes for their drinks.  I will send this information to Mr. Erbes to see what he says about the gift card.

Review: I did not have a good experience while I visited Gloria Jeans Coffee in Modesto, CA last month. I wrote to customer service regarding my experience and asked to be compensated. Customer service wrote back that they forwarded my complaint to the store manager, [redacted] did contact me via email a couple of weeks later and I asked to be compensated. She agreed and informed me that she will send out some coupons. I have been waiting for a month now for those coupons.I have emailed her several times asking if she had sent them out and she does not reply.I have email customer service and they do not know anything.[redacted] finally wrote back a couple of weeks ago that she will send out a $25 gift card, however I have not received anything. It does not take this long to receive compensation through the mail.[redacted] has made false claims that she will send compensation, which she hasn't sent, and she refuses to answer my emails when I ask her about it.I have been waiting for compensation for a month now.Desired Settlement: I want the $25 gift card which I had originally request over a month ago.
