Revdex.com President [redacted] spoke with [redacted] s, owner of Super Home Systems, on 8/5/ The business owner indicated that he had written off a bill sent to the consumer after the job was completed and does not expect to be paid that amount He indicated this additional bill was for moving some items after the job was complete He stated that the bill was a relatively small matter and that he thought that writing off this charge was all that was needed to resolve the customer's problem.The business owner indicated that he was unaware that the customer did not feel that his sound system was working properly Revdex.com advised the owner that the complaint stated that there "were some unresolved issues in our sound system" and stated in the desired solution that "I would like my sound system working at is should....(I)can't even use the surround sound speakers right now." The business owner indicated that this complaint occurred around the time of his mother-in-law's death and he was sorry that he did not know there was a problem with the system He advised Revdex.com that he would have someone contact the consumer early next week to address the issue regarding the sound system's performance
