I am rejecting this response because: I am requesting a refund, I have been stopped by law enforcement for the sales manager putting reported stolen dealer tags on my vehicle, paid for the second temporary tag myself, missed work and multiple other issues associated with having no vehicleI understand the business now says the title is availableDate of purchase 2/23/2017, today's date is 6/14/Along with the above stated, I simply cannot accept that the issue with the title is my burden to handleI will not be satisfied without the refund for this vehicle Regards, [redacted]

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to meI would like to thank the Revdex.com for mediation between glory auto sales and II have spoken to the salesman yesterday and decided to take his off to put the money due to me towards the purchase of another vehicle under the condition that the car runs and is in good condition I am scheduled to be at glory auto sales in Friday Feb to negotiate a car deal thanks for your help

this is a picture of his title it was processed earlier today he can come pick it up or we can place it in the mailwe will honor the promise of a detail for his car, it will have to be on a day of degrees outside temperature or better, but he can call at his leisure and set up an appointment

in reguards to this complaint we will have his title to him prior to his temporary tag expiring, please advise him that the purpose of the temporary tag is to allow time for title processing and it may take up to days to have the title completely processed, in a very rare occasion would it take
the entire days and our processing time is usually between to dayshowever please let him know that we will be processing his title soon and would he prefer for us to mail it to him or call him when its available for him to pick it up in person at the shopthankshave a blessed day!

Please email us a copy of the recommended repairs that *** gave you we should be able to help you save money by obtaining the parts at our wholesale cost and we also have relationships with a few repairs shops that perform our work at wholesale cost, you would be responsible for the cost of
the repairs and the parts but whatever the repair and parts are in sure by taking advantage of my offer you could save up to half the price they quoted you*** warranty is a third party company and we have no say in what repairs they approve or deny, we had your best interest in mind when we sold you the *** warranties at our cost, to request a cancellation and or refund you would need to contact *** warranty directly, however upon receipt of the emailed copy of the *** recommended repairs I would be willing to look at it and make sure that it's not something that is covered by *** warranty and if I find a cause for coverage at that time I would be willing to contact them on your behalf, I have been dealing with them for a number of years and always have found them to honor their warranties when a repair falls under the parameters of the agreement

the title was put in the customers name yesterday

CUSTOMER PURCHASED THE VEHICLE BUY HERE PAY HERE THE ENGINE LOCKED UP DUE TO LACK OF OIL THE CAR WAS TOWED TO THE LOT SINCE MR *** HAD BEEN MAKING TIMELY MANNER, WE OFFERED TO TAKE THE VEHICLE BACK (WITH A BLOWN ENGINE DUE TO LACK OF REGULAR MAINTENANCE) AND FORGIVE THE REMAINING BALANCE OF THE
LOAN AS LONG AS HE PURCHASED ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM USHE THEN AGREED AND WE WERE ABLE TO OBTAIN AN APPROVAL FROM ONE OF OUR LENDERS, HE FELT THAT HE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PUT DOWN A DOWN PAYMENT, WE THEN EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT HE WOULD DEFINITELY NEED A DOWN PAYMENT TO OBTAIN A NEW VEHICLEHE THEN CALLED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS ASKING TO GET A VEHICLE WITH NO DOWN PAYMENT OBVIOUSLY ASSUMING THAT IF HE ASKED THE SAME QUESTION REPEATEDLY THAT IT WOULD CHANGE THE ANSWER AND CONTINUALLY GOT THE SAME ANSWER THAT HE WOULD NEED A DOWN PAYMENT, WE WOULD STILL ENTERTAIN THE OPTION OF SELLING HIM ANOTHER VEHICLE BUT HE WOULD DEFINITELY NEED A DOWN PAYMENT

we reached out to [redacted] and advised him that his title was processed and available for him to pick up or to be mailed out at his request. We sincerely apologize for the delay but it arrived from circumstances that were simply out of our control..however again we have contacted [redacted] via email and...

made him aware that the title is there waiting for him.

as stated before we are not at liberty to discuss this matter any further with [redacted], we have no records of her purchasing a car from glory auto sales. we have a strict confidentiality policy that we adhere to.

I am rejecting this response because: of course they would've have any records unless they wiped me out completely because they knew they were wrong, the car would be under my mother's name [redacted], my pay stubs which would have my name on it and they have my bank account information too so I don't understand how there's completely nothing there. I don't have any thing right now with glory auto sales on it but I will find something and send it over all I have is the uploaded pictures above

in regards to complaint [redacted] we need to be advised as of how to proceed she purchased a vehicle from us with a lender approval provided w2 pay stubs and signed an application stating that everything she put on it was true. she took possesion of the vehicle, when she was contacted by the...

lender she stated that she had quit her job and was starting a new job in  a week, but the lender had given her an approval based off the information she provided, which caused them to terminate the previous approval, due to possible fictional employment. she then stated that she would like to have the funds applied toward another vehicle in our buy here pay here in house program, then she requested a refund, we advised her that it could take up to 30 days, yesterday my salesman called me and said that she stated she would be coming in to get a vehicle this friday, please contact her and find out how she would like us to proceed if she wants a refund we would gladly refund her down payment if she would like to look at her options as far as purchasing a car buy here pay here we would entertain that option as well, we just need a clear cut answer on how she would like to proceed. thanks in advance Cedric
