We have tried helping this customer but due to her credit situation its a bank requirement for more money down which we don't have any control over. Granted it is more beneficial to our customer because it will lower her car payment and more equity to her car. Thank you,
I personally talk to Mr *** myself and explained to him that there was a process before a check would be released to him. I told him as soon as we received the title to his vehicle he traded in that we would besending him the difference in payoff and it would be no problem.
Like I explained to him there is a process when you purchase a vehicle. We called *** and verified that the title was just mailed out regular mailtwo days agoI am hoping by next Wednesday we should have title for his trade and at that time we will release the check. That is standard process for the company to assure that no more money is owed to the lender
We have a 72 hours grace period return policy but [redacted] passed the grace period time and return the vehicle after 4 days yet again we are willing to make it up for him. Heneeds to contact [redacted] at [redacted] and will be willing to do a courtesy.
