Thank youI accept the *** refundI had emailed Abebooks to cancel the return when I told them of my intention to contact the Revdex.com
If the customer service person I had originally spoken to had offered any solution to this I would not have gone to the Revdex.com
In addition, whether a mistake or not, I believe it is up to the company to fulfill the contract they propose when listing items for saleThe buyer (me) has no idea whether a mistake was made or the offer was intentionally misleadingHaving been my first purchase with you, I still don't know but thanks for the *** refundI would expect this refund as soon as possible

confirm the shipping address that was submitted on your order. When looking at the tracking information (XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) the latest tracking information shows the package was delivered on August 9, 2016 by the USPS.
Signature confirmation was not a paid service for this shipping method, therefore no signature was required for the package.
Because the address that we shipped to was confirmed as accurate by the customer and the tracking infomration provided by the USPS shows "Delivered", we cannot refund the order or provide a replacement item for free.
